Sauna4Soul respektiert Ihre Privatsphäre. Who we are

Sauna4Soul designs and builds Skandinavisch saunas. When this policy refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Sauna4Soul as the controller of any personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@sauna4soul.com.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us. When you contact us through the website — for example by submitting the enquiry form — you share your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you choose to provide a phone number or details about your project, we receive those too.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our server records standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, the referring site, and the date and time of the visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

Enquiry messages: up to 24 months from your last contact, unless a project is in progress.
Server logs: up to 30 days.
Records required for tax and accounting: as long as the law requires (typically seven years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
Delete information we no longer need to keep.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
