Become the proof

Buying a sauna from another country is mostly an act of faith. Photographs are photographs. What settles it is one real person who will pick up the phone and answer honestly.

Owner

You have a Sauna4Soul. You can answer the question nobody else can — what it is actually like to live with, a year in, in your weather.

Local contact

You don’t own one, but you know the product and you speak the language of people near you. For a buyer abroad, that is worth a great deal.

The Circle

Everyone in the programme is The Circle. We didn’t want a ladder. A circle has no top of it and no back of the queue: everyone on it is the same distance from the middle, whether you have owned a sauna for three years or joined this morning.

What it involves

Very little, and nothing you haven’t agreed to. You choose, once, below, how a buyer may reach you — email, a phone call, a video call, or none of them. Someone who has given us their own name and email can then contact you in exactly those ways, while they are still thinking about it rather than three days later. A passing visitor never sees your details.

Coming to see the sauna in person is different, and we ask you about that every single time. Any of these choices can be changed or withdrawn whenever you like, without leaving the programme.

You are not a salesperson. You will never be asked to persuade anyone, quote a price, or chase a decision. Say what you think, including the parts we’d rather you didn’t. That’s the whole point.

We never publish your address. You can leave at any time, without giving a reason.

The 1%

When a sauna is ordered by someone you’ve spoken to, and that order is completed and paid, you receive 1% of it before VAT. On a €16,500 sauna that is €165.

It’s paid on a finished order, never per conversation. Let it build up, ask us to pay it out, or take it as credit against something of ours — whichever suits you.

Your 1% comes out of our own margin, so it is never added to what the buyer pays. In fact they gain too: anyone who orders and enters a real owner’s customer number takes 1% off for themselves. Naming you costs them nothing and saves them something.

And if you join while ordering your own sauna, you get 5% off that first order — once, on your own purchase, not on anyone you later refer.

This isn’t employment and it isn’t guaranteed income. What you receive is yours to declare; tax is your own affair, and we’d rather say so plainly than leave it unsaid.

Apply

A person reads every one of these, so it isn’t instant. We’ll come back to you either way.

You don’t need one to take part — we’ll simply introduce you as a local contact rather than as an owner.

Being reachable is the whole point, so this one we do need — it is how we reach you. It is never published, and it is only ever given to a buyer if you tick “by phone” below.

This matters more than distance. Someone in Lyon would rather speak French to a person 300 km away than English to one down the road.

Whatever it is — or nothing yet. If the answer is “not yet”, just say so: we’ll show you the product properly first, and nobody meets a buyer before they know what they’re talking about. That part is on us.

How a buyer may reach you

We’ll always be in touch with you ourselves — that’s what the phone number above is for. This is your choice about how a buyer may reach you. Only someone who has given their own name and email ever sees it, and you can change it at any time.

Staying in the know

Being in the programme means we keep you up to date — what’s new, what people are asking, what to tell them. By email, and by SMS as well if you’re a local contact, since you’ll be fielding questions about saunas you don’t have at home. This comes with the role rather than being something to opt into: nobody can speak for a product they’ve heard nothing about. It stops the day you leave the programme.
