Become the proof
Buying a Bastu from another country is mostly an act of faith. What settles it is one real person who will pick up the phone and answer honestly. These are the terms of doing that.
Run by EK Wood, SIA (Latvia). Last updated July 2026.
What an ambassador is
An ambassador is someone a prospective buyer can talk to before deciding — ideally in their own language, somewhere near them. There are two kinds, and we never blur the difference when we describe you to a buyer.
You have a Sauna4Soul. You can answer the one question nobody else can: what it is actually like to live with, a year in, in your weather.
You don’t own one, but you know the product and you speak the language of people near you. For a buyer abroad, that bridge is worth a great deal.
You must be 18 or over to take part.
What you do, and what you never have to
When someone near you is weighing up a Bastu, we ask you first. Only if you say yes, on that occasion, do we put you in touch — and only in the ways you’ve chosen: email, a phone call, a video call, or showing the Bastu in person if you’re willing. Saying yes once is not saying yes forever; we ask again each time.
You are not a salesperson. You will never be asked to persuade anyone, quote a price, promise a delivery date, or chase a decision. Say what you honestly think, including the parts we might rather you didn’t. That honesty is the whole point — the moment it becomes a sales pitch, it stops being worth anything to the person listening.
We never publish your address, and we never hand your details to a buyer who hasn’t first given us their own. You are not put on a public list anyone can scrape.
The reward
When a Bastu is ordered by someone you’ve spoken to, and that order is completed and paid, you receive 1% of it before VAT.
A €16,500 Bastu (before VAT) earns you €165. It is paid once the order is finished and settled — never per phone call, and never on an order that falls through.
You can let rewards build up, ask us to pay them out, or take them as credit against something of ours — whichever suits you. To record who a buyer came through, they simply enter your customer number in the “Recommended by an owner?” field when they order. We give you that number when you join.
If you’re an owner
If you join while ordering your own Bastu, you also get an extra 1% off that purchase, on top of anything else. That is a thank-you for putting your name to the product — it applies to your own order only, not to anyone you later refer.
If you’re a local contact
You don’t have a purchase to discount, so there’s no sign-up discount for you — your reward is the 1% on each completed, paid order that started with a conversation of yours. Nothing changes about how that 1% is earned or paid; it is the same for both kinds of ambassador.
Staying in the know
Being in the programme means we keep you up to date: what’s new, what buyers are asking, and what to tell them. This comes with the role — nobody can speak for a product they’ve heard nothing about — and it reaches you by email, and by SMS as well if you’re a local contact, since you’ll be fielding questions about saunas you don’t have at home. It stops the day you leave.
Ordinary offers and promotions are a separate matter: you get those only if you’ve asked for them, and you can stop them without leaving the programme.
Leaving
You can leave at any time, without giving a reason. Tell us and we’ll take you off the programme and stop passing your details to anyone. Any reward you’ve already earned is still yours.
The plain facts
- This is not employment and not a job. You’re not our agent or our employee, and nothing here creates a contract of work.
- It is not guaranteed income. What you earn depends entirely on whether the people you talk to decide to buy, and many won’t. We promise no amount.
- What you receive is yours to declare. Whatever tax may be due on it is between you and your own tax authority; we’d rather say that plainly than leave it unsaid.
- We can decline an application, or end someone’s part in the programme, at our discretion — for instance if what’s said to buyers stops being honest.
Your details
How we handle your information — what we keep, for how long, and the one situation in which we pass your details to a buyer — is set out in our Integritetspolicy. In short: we ask before every introduction, we never publish your address, and you can ask us what we hold and to correct or delete it.
