At Sauna4Soul, our answer is simple. Every Bastu we build comes with a 2-year warranty — covering the full structure, from the wood build to the heater and electrical components. But that number only tells half the story.

Two years is our formal commitment on paper. It’s the standard we stand behind in writing, no exceptions, no fine print designed to wriggle out of a claim.

But a well-built Sauna4Soul Bastu is designed to last 20 years or more. That’s not a promise on paper — it’s a reflection of how the Bastu is actually built. Thermowood cladding that’s been heat-treated specifically to resist rot and warping outdoors. Component-grade heaters chosen for durability, not just for hitting a price point. Why We Don’t Inflate the Number on Paper

Some Bastu brands print longer warranty periods to look more impressive on a spec sheet. We’d rather tell you the truth: 2 years is our official, no-questions-asked commitment. Everything beyond that is a track record we’re proud of, not a promise we’re required to keep.

What the Warranty Covers

Our 2-year warranty is uniform across the whole Bastu — we don’t split hairs between the wood, the heater, and the wiring with different timelines for each. If something in the build fails under normal use within those two years, it’s covered.

The warranty does not cover damage — intentional or accidental — to the heater, doors, windows, lighting, facade, or interior. These components are covered against manufacturing defects, but not against damage caused after delivery, whether through misuse, accident, or mishandling.
