Here’s exactly what to expect once you place a Sauna4Soul order.
Timeline: 4–6 Weeks Within Europe
From the moment your order is confirmed, production and delivery within Europe typically take 4 to 6 weeks. This covers:
- Finalizing your configuration (model, interior wood tier, exterior cladding, heater choice)
- Manufacturing at our facility in Latvia
- Kvalitet checks before dispatch
- Transport to your delivery address
We build to order rather than holding large finished stock, which is what allows every Bastu to leave the workshop matched exactly to what you configured — wood tier, heater, and finish included.
For destinations outside Europe, timing depends on the freight and logistics partners handling that specific route, so we’re not able to commit to a fixed 4–6 week window — we’ll confirm realistic timing with you as part of your order.
Where We Deliver
Sauna4Soul ships worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Whether you’re a private customer in Sweden, a hotel group in Germany, or a distributor further afield, the same manufacturing and quality process applies.
Within Europe, the 4–6 week timeline above holds in nearly all cases. For destinations outside Europe, we work with freight partners on a project basis — routing, customs, and carrier schedules vary enough by destination that we confirm realistic timing individually rather than promising a fixed window. You’ll always know your expected delivery date before production begins.
How Your Sauna Arrives
Every Cube-bastu leaves our workshop fully assembled — it’s a true plug-and-play delivery. There’s no on-site construction, no waiting on a local crew to piece it together, and no guesswork about whether it will match what you configured.
Transport is by truck, with a local crane or manipulator handling the unloading and final placement at your site. This is the same approach we used for our documented Spain delivery, where the unit arrived fully intact and was positioned directly at its final location.

Ordering something as significant as a Bastu shouldn’t feel like sending a package into a black hole. Our team stays in direct contact throughout — from order confirmation, through production, to a heads-up before the delivery truck arrives — so you always know where things stand.
